It is mid February and we’re currently in the middle of a long New England winter. It’s hard to get inspired this time of year when green, blues and pinks have been replaced by grays and whites. The creatures of summer are tucked away in their winter burrows. The Crocus of Spring seem so far away. The sounds of buzzing bees and laughing children have all disappeared. On the plus side, the days are getting longer and a little warmer, much more time to settle down and create. I am always creating and developing a new identity as an artist.
